  • Analysis of the Programs for Prevention of Environmental Risks (PPRA – Programas de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais) and Programs for Medical Control and Labor Health (PCMSO – Programas de Controle Médico e Saúde Ocupacional), particularly in relation to the adjustment before the legislation in force (Regulatory Rules – NRs).

  • Surveys and opinions on labor and social security law subjects, including private pension plans. Consulting and conduction of outsourcing processes.
  • Practicing and monitoring in legal disputes on the field of labor, promoting and safeguarding rights in every instance.
